At Solera, we believe in second chances.
We believe as a company, over 70 countries-wide and 4,500 employees strong, that we can make a difference in the lives of others by leveraging the Solera Way.
Our Uncommon giving is based on a set of principles that our employees practice in their daily lives. Work with focused initiative on the 20 that will drive the 80. Maintain efficiency in order to eliminate waste and maximize output. Work as a team and always take accountability for the past, present and the future.
Through our LIFT program, we strive to enable second chances by providing the 20 tools to those in need in order for them to take the 80 accountability and create a sustainable impact in their lives and community.
A Solera Company humanitarian project
The aim of the Lift2Life Amravati Project is to provide education, training and guidance to children, young people and women from slums and poor rural areas in the district of Amravati.
The project attends to women and girl empowerment. Since education is not considered a necessity for girls and women, one of the Lift2Life goals is to teach them to take responsibility for their own social, economic and educational needs.
Further more there is a big need of a girl and boy hostel, for those children from the far backward areas without educational possibilities. Every Child should have the right to go to school, independent of where they were born.
